Coaching programs are not all alike!

An ICF approved program requires in-person or “live” teleclasses because it’s better learning. An ICF approved program is 60+ training hours (not a 2-day wonder…) because it takes that much time of instruction, practice, and mind/behavior shifting for most people to learn to coach well.

All this expertise, personal instruction and interaction costs more than an online course.

Many Christian leaders begin our ICF-approved Core Coaching Skills Certificate Program wondering if they “need this much”. In the end, they are so glad they did it.

A really great program that is specifically aimed at believers in Christ is offered by the Pastoral Institute in Columbus Georgia. A great staff, a great program, all live interaction, and reasonable priced!
