Any time that I hear someone make a statement like &quot;I wish I could&quot; or &quot;I&#039;d like to be able to&quot; or really any thing that would signify the desire to change, we have the opportunity to share what we do. I usually will begin by sharing my &quot;being coached&quot; experience. I share how simple, yet challenging it was for me to be coached into becoming a coach.
