What a great blog. I just read the item above…really hits home with me. Your response is worded very well.

I see two dynamics going on here….

People who want to coach others using their unique gifts and life experiences and people who are seeking coaching.

As a coach I need to focus on the target market I am looking for and not take on clients just to fill up the schedule – that is not fair to me or the client.

Coaches need to be sensitive for people who not only fit into my target market, but are also truly interested in making changes in their lives and willing to take action to do so.
